What is art?
In my words, art is being able to express yourself without words. The ability to put an idea into a picture however you want. To show how you feel in a different form of communication.
What is not Art?
Art is not any work that doesn't tell a story or expression any emotion from the audience.
What is needed to create an efficient design?
To create an efficient design you need to have an idea or concept that you trying to portray and give the viewer a feeling and get them to think about what you created.
What is the purpose of design in our World?
Design plays a huge part in our world. We see design all around us even when you think it's not there. Without design where would we get our information? Books, magazines, news articles. They are all designed to provide us with information. Your favorite musicians wouldn't have an album cover to visually show their music. Countries wouldn't have flags. Designs have a huge impact on today's society to show and express a variety of things and we might not even realize it.

I was born in Newport Beach, California and moved to Broomfield, Colorado
when I was six weeks old. From there I moved back to Corona Del Mar, California
for part of my elementary and all of my middle school career. Five years later, I am
back in Parker, Colorado and am a senior at Legend High School. I've been a
competitive cheerleader for four years and love it! Before cheer, I did gymnastics and
dance since I was four. In the fall, I am attending the University of Utah with a major in
nursing in hopes to become a Nurse Anesthetist.
